Terms of service.
Welcome to Flexe Pilates
We’re thrilled to have you join our Reformer Pilates community! Before your first class, please take a moment to carefully review our booking terms and conditions. By booking a class with us, you agree to the following:
1. Class Booking
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or mobile app (Momence).
To secure your spot, we recommend booking as early as possible as spaces are limited.
Payment for classes is required at the time of booking unless you have valid class credits.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will be fully refunded or credited to your account.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled class will result in the loss of the full class fee or credit unless a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency) is provided. In such cases, we may offer a one-time exception at our discretion.
For 1:1 and 2:1 appointments, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
No-shows (failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation) will incur a full £5 charge.
To avoid penalties and to give others the chance to attend, we recommend cancelling or rescheduling as soon as you know you can’t make it.
3. Membership
Monthly memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months (2 renewals). Memberships cannot be terminated until this period is complete.
To cancel monthly memberships, a 28-day notice is required.
Early termination of annual memberships will incur a £100 cancellation fee.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated as it disrupts the flow of the session.
For your safety and out of respect for other participants, doors to the class will be closed once the session starts.
5. Health and Safety
All clients must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class.
Inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or concerns before the class.
If you’re uncertain whether a class is suitable for you, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional prior to participation.
6. Class Modifications and Instructor Substitutions
We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule, including instructor substitutions or class modifications, without prior notice.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify you promptly.
When an instructor is substituted, we will strive to maintain the content and style of the class as closely as possible.
7. Package and Membership Terms
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expired classes or sessions in a package will not roll over past their expiration date.
8. Studio Etiquette
Bring a water bottle to class to stay hydrated.
Store personal belongings in the designated areas to keep the studio tidy.
Wear appropriate workout attire, including clean socks, which are required for Reformer Pilates classes.
Set mobile phones and Apple Watches to silent mode. Any calls must be made or taken outside the studio.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy.
10. Liability
Participation in Pilates and other physical activities comes with inherent risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
The studio, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or after a class.
